Children’s Day Bag

Celebrate National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day 2025 with our specially curated Children’s Day Bag.

This year’s Children’s Day Bag features a bold red design and is packed with fun and educational items.

Inside, you’ll find a bandana, key ring boomerang, paint set with brush, silicone disc frisbee, temporary tattoos and engaging activity booklets—all designed to encourage a love for learning and play.

Each item reflects this year’s Children’s Day theme, Little Footsteps, Big Future, honouring the journeys our children take as they grow—each step guided by culture, community and connection to Country.

We’re also proud to include a special donation from the Indigenous Literacy Foundation: I Saw We Saw by Yolŋu students at Nhulunbuy Primary School. This beautifully illustrated book, written in English and Dhangu, a Yolŋu Matha language, was created in partnership with community Elders and artists Ann James and Ann Haddon. It offers a powerful glimpse into the lives and perspectives of Yolŋu children and an opportunity to learn and celebrate language and culture.
