Matrix on Board (MOB) has the aims of providing not for profit organisations with infrastructure and ‘back office’ support, Tailoring and implementing project management and ‘systems support’ for organisations in the areas of administration, financial management, and business planning and identifying and supporting organisations to implement change that will improve efficiency and accountability. MOB’s team of courageous communicators are doing work in the North. Earlier this year MOB opened offices in Broome, Alice Springs and Darwin. Matrix was awarded the contract to mentor, train and support Money Managers working in remote communities, thanks to funding from FaHCSIA.
