SNAICC – National Voice for our Children is looking for a Senior Training Officer to provide training, consultancy and support to SNAICC members and sector stakeholders, with a focus on Queensland-based sector development and support activities.
A 12-month full-time position, the Senior Training Officer will further support the implementation of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Family Led Decision Making (ATSIFLDM) trials in Queensland, working closely with the SNAICC Policy Manager to implement a project funded by the Queensland Government.
This opportunity is ideal for an exceptional individual with demonstrated experience in service development support, training expertise, deep understanding of issues impacting upon Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families and strong commitment to the rights, needs and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
This position is based outside of SNAICC’s main office in Melbourne. The Senior Training Officer is a full-time position based in South Brisbane, located at the office of the Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Protection Peak (QATSICPP).
