Terms and Conditions

  • Full Registration includes 3 days of conference sessions, conference papers and materials, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch and ONE ticket to the Tropical Conference Dinner. Subject to availability additional tickets can be purchased.
  • 1 day Registration includes conference sessions for the day you have chosen, conference papers and materials, morning and afternoon refreshments, and lunch for that 1 day. It does NOT include the Tropical Conference Dinner, however you can purchase a dinner ticket separately.
  • Registration does NOT include travel, transfers, accommodation or any other meals other than those listed.
  • Student and concession registration applies to full time students who are currently enrolled. Proof of current concession/enrolment will need to be supplied.
  • Young persons concession registration applies to full registrations for young people (12 to 24 years of age) not employed. Please advise if there is a sponsoring organisation. If the young person is under 18 years please indicate to whom duty of care is allocated.
  • Priority is given to places for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services and workers.
  • There are limited registrations for government and non-Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services
  • Payments must be received before registration can be confirmed
  • Fees quoted include GST
  • Early bird registration closes 29 March 2013
  • Registration Closes 17 May 2013
  • Registrations after 17 May 2013 will be accepted subject to availability
  • Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail
  • Refunds will be provided, less an administrative fee of $100 up until 17 May 2013
  • Substitute registrants are welcome at any time
  • The organisers do not assume any liability for changes in the program and have the right to change the program at any time without reference
  • The Conference organisers accept no responsibility for any loss of monies or property incurred by registrants resulting from their attendance at the Conference.
