Micro grants from Healing Foundation for Apology anniversary 2015

November 18, 2014

18 November 2014 | Community Announcements

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Healing Foundation is offering small grants to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and communities to commemorate and celebrate the anniversary of the Apology to the Stolen Generations, as well as to celebrate members of the Stolen Generation.

The 2015 anniversary theme – Heal Our Past, Build Our Future, Telling Our Stories – draws attention to the need to recognise the experiences of our Stolen Generations and allow room for members of the Stolen Generation to share their stories and experiences.

Your organisation or community can apply for a one-off grant of up to $600 to support projects and events that incorporate the 2015 theme.

Applications close Friday 28 November 2014.
