The Grandmothers Against Removals movement is organising a rally today at 12:00 noon from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Tent Embassy to Parliament House.
As the national peak body for Indigenous children and families, SNAICC stands today in support of the grandmothers in Canberra and all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples around the country who are impacted by the continuing crisis of child removal.
SNAICC calls for people to join the grandmothers today to march in solidarity with 15,000 children who should be safe and cared for in family and culture — and their grieving families.
