The Learn or Earn Discussion Paper has been developed to encourage and inform discussion and debate about improving educational and employment outcomes for young people in-care and post-care.

Stakeholders are asked to consider the paper and the key questions within their groups or organisations in terms of how they and the broader system can contribute to improving educational and employment outcomes.
