Commemorating the anniversary of the national apology, the Healing Foundation hosted a public forum on 12 February 2015 about healing and the Stolen Generations.
The forum provided an opportunity for members of the Stolen Generations to share their stories with a focus on how they have healed, and continue to heal, from trauma. Speakers included Aunty Lorraine Peeters, Ian Hamm, Florence Onus, Mark Bin Bakar and Richard Frankland.
The online response was huge, with over 300 groups and individuals watching and participating online. The full video of the webinar is now available online.
