The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) has developed a fact sheet for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations applying for charity registration with ACNC.
The fact sheet outlines who can register, how to register, what to include, as well as other relevant information.
ACNC is Australia’s independent national regulator of charities, providing information relevant to charitable organisations. ACNC allows easy access to information about registered charities, ACNC publications and sector research.
