The Belgrave Survival Day event celebrates the survival of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture in Australia, and acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspective on Australia Day.
Held at Borthwick Park, Belgrave on Tuesday 26 January from 12.00-4.30pm, the theme for the event in 2016 is No Room for Racism.
Growing steadily in popularity over the last few years, it is expected that the celebrations in 2016 will be the biggest yet.
Along with incredible stalls to browse, and activities for kids to participate in, a number of artists will perform on the day, headlined by Uncle Kutcha Edwards.
